We do our best to dispatch all orders we receive before 5pm (GMT) Monday to Friday the same day, however we do manual fraud checks on each payment we receive to protect you the consumer and ourselves; inevitably this can sometimes delay orders when we are experiencing high order volume. In most cases you can expect your order to be dispatched the same working day.

Channel Islands: Due to logistical issues, we are currently not shipping to the Channel Islands, including Jersey and Guernsey. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If your order is returned to us through the post marked "undelivered", through no fault of our own, you will be responsible for the extra delivery charge to cover the second delivery attempt, before we can send your order back out to you.

We will not deliver products to an address other than the card holders registered address in most cases; we may deliver orders to a work address and or neighbour at our discretion. Orders placed with delivery to PO Box addresses, airports and any other similar non residential or work address will be rejected.

Secure Delivery with Royal Mail Tracking

Sunglasses2U works with Royal Mail to keep your delivery secure. Every trackable order is scanned at delivery, and if needed, a signature is collected. Royal Mail now uses geographical tracking to record the exact delivery location. This gives Royal Mail precise proof of where and when the item was delivered. They use this information to help with tracking inquiries and to make fair, informed decisions when reviewing claims for lost items. Their information confirms that the item was delivered correctly. It provides clear proof that the recipient accepted the item.

Starting May 29th 2022, Royal Mail Tracked 24 items will start being delivered on Sundays, in addition to standard working days (Monday-Friday). Please note that some locations are excluded from this extra Sunday service. Europe

We are able to deliver to your home address or work address. Please make sure that someone is available at the location to accept the parcel on your behalf. DHL couriers deliver to the location written on the parcel, and not to the recipient. Orders placed with a delivery address to a PO Box, airports, and any other similar non-residential addresses will be rejected.

All orders to the EU will not incur any additional VAT or duties charges upon delivery.
