We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and aim for same-day shipping when you order before our cutoff times. All orders undergo a quick security check to protect you.
Monday - Friday → Ships same day
UK - Order before 4:30pm (UK time) | International - before 3:30pm (UK time)
Weekends and Bank Holidays → Ships next working day

What is the estimated time of delivery?
UK Deliveries - We offer Free Next-Day UK Delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please Note: This is not a guaranteed service. 24 hours is an estimate.
International Deliveries - Free delivery usually takes 3-10 working days on average, but varies depending on the destination. Please allow 30 working days, as this is not a fully trackable service.
For expedited delivery, you can upgrade to Special Delivery for a fully tracked service in the UK, and DHL Express or UPS delivery options for international orders.

How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery on all our orders in the UK and to most international destinations. For expedited, fully trackable delivery, you can upgrade to Special Delivery for a fee in the UK, and DHL Express or UPS delivery options for international orders.

Do you deliver to PO or work addresses?
No, we do not deliver to PO addresses. Orders placed with a delivery address to a PO Box, airports, and any other similar non-residential addresses will be rejected.
We are able to deliver to work addresses for UK deliveries. However we are unable to deliver to work addresses for international orders.
Why can I not use the Next-Day Delivery upgrade?
We offer next-day delivery on our UK orders only. Orders for next-day delivery need to be made before 4:30pm UK time, Monday to Friday. We do our best to dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed (if placed before 4:30pm UK time), however, we perform manual fraud checks on all our orders, these help to protect both you, and us, and can sometimes mean orders can be slightly delayed.
Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends, bank holidays, or public holidays, therefore your order will be dispatched on the following working day.
Do you offer delivery to the United States?
We offer paid, Royal Mail delivery to the United States. Please allow 5-10 working days. This delivery option facilitates U.S. customs and requires an additional non-refundable tariff fee for each product purchased. Please visit our U.S. Tariffs FAQ Page for more information.
