Extended Christmas Returns Policy

Starting to get that list ready and checking it twice? Still not 100% sure you have the right gift for that tricky person or impossible to buy for friend? Fear not! Sunglasses2U has you covered with a full range of men's sunglasses, ladies' sunglasses, and now an extended returns period. Have confidence in your purchase with free worldwide shipping and now extra time if they don't quite love it. Merry shopping!

From the 14th October 2024 right up until 15th January 2025, our extended returns period will follow these few rules:

Terms and Conditions

• Items must be opened and checked when they are received. Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
• The item must be unworn in brand new condition. So all the tags, documents and original packaging must be included.
• The item must be back with us by 17:00 (UK Time) on the 15th January 2025. Any item received after this date will not be considered for a refund and a £5.00 postage fee will apply to send the item back to a UK address. Higher fees will apply for shipping outside the UK.
• Please do not adjust anything before you are certain you will be keeping the item. Once any alterations have been made to your purchase a bespoke item has been created and we can no longer sell the item as new. Therefore, we will not accept the item back.
• Return postage costs will only be paid if the item is faulty or damaged. Unsuitable items are returned at your own cost.
• Please return all items using Royal Mail signed for post, or the equivalent service if you are based outside the UK.
• You must notify us before sending the item back, using the Contact Us form. Please include your order number, name and reason for return.

Once the item has been received the team will carry out an inspection to ensure the item is in brand new condition. Once satisfied a full refund will be issued minus any delivery charges you chose to pay when ordering. Your refund will be returned to you via the same method used to pay. Sunglasses2U will try to process all returns as quickly as possible but please allow 14 days during this incredibly busy period.

No restocking fees will apply during the Christmas returns period.
